Elite Condominium Management Inc. was established in 2011, following 24 years of experience in the Collingwood condominium management industry. During that time, owner Sandy Mateau had the opportunity to manage for both Shore to Slope Management and LePage Management. Sandy became a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) in 2012 and currently holds two licences (General and Provider) with the Condominium Authority of Ontario. We currently manage 16 Condominium Corporations, all located in the Collingwood area, and take great pride in maintaining long-standing relationships with each of them.

Our office is conveniently located in Cranberry Village at 11 Dawson Drive, Unit 701.
We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
For after-hours or weekend emergencies, we provide direct contact numbers to our clients, which are also listed on our answering machine—ensuring you are never without support when it matters most.

Ella is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, managing accounts payable, overseeing arrears collection and investments, and assisting with budget planning. Her meticulous bookkeeping skills and deep knowledge of our financial systems are invaluable. - Carol Benson – Maintenance ManagerCarol oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the buildings and grounds, coordinates special projects, and supports many of the ongoing operational needs of our communities. Her hands-on approach and commitment to excellence are instrumental to our success.
